For webinar presenters on Zoom, Teams, and Meet.

Stop choosing between your script and your audience.

Your script on your screen. Your slides on theirs. You read while looking at the camera.

Free forever tier. No card. Works in Chrome and Edge.

Everything in one window

More than a teleprompter. A webinar workshop.

AI polishes every line.

One click. Your script loses the filler, gains the rhythm, keeps your voice. You accept, reject, or edit every change.

Phone as remote.

Scan a QR code. Your phone becomes the clicker. Next, pause, record — all without reaching for your keyboard mid-pitch.

Record with chapters.

Hit Shift+R. Every slide change becomes a chapter marker. Your webinar is a podcast, a highlight reel, and a repurposable asset — zero editing.

Practice. Get feedback. Sharpen it. Go live.

Record a practice run. CueSlide coaches it like a producer would: pacing, filler words, long pauses, energy drops, moments you deviated from script. Human coaches cost $200/hr and take days to get back to you. CueSlide coaches each one in two minutes.

Operator mode.

A second person can drive the prompter from their laptop while you just speak. TV-studio style. They can edit scripts live and keep you on pace.

Templates that run themselves.

Webinar. Pitch. Demo. Training. Keynote. Ten founding templates with real scripts, ready to clone. Import your own slides over the top.

How it works

Deck in. Webinar out.

01 — Import

Upload a deck or pick a template.

Drop a PDF or PPTX. Word doc? Fine too, we lift the text into your script. Or clone one of ten ready-made templates.

02 — Script

Let AI draft. You polish.

Claude Vision writes a first-person script for every slide. One click polishes the whole thing. You keep every edit on your own voice.

03 — Deliver

Hit play. CueSlide reads with you.

Voice tracking follows your words. Auto-scroll keeps pace. Record with chapters. AI coaches you after. Your audience sees only the slides.

Why I built it

A webinar needs four things at once. Nothing did all four.

I run webinars on Zoom. Real ones, real money on the line. Every time I set up, I needed the same four things working together: my script on my screen, invisible to my audience, close to my camera, and keeping up with my voice.

Presenter View puts the notes on a second monitor. I drift off-camera. Teleprompter apps don't know about my slides. I'm juggling two windows. Tape a printed script above the camera and it's a confession my audience can see.

So I built one that does all four. Then I kept going. AI deck import. AI script polish. AI delivery coaching. Phone remote. Operator mode. Recording with chapters. Templates. Everything a webinar host actually needs, in one window.

Charles, CueSlide founder. Built it for the webinar I was running.

FAQ

Answers to the questions people actually ask.

Does CueSlide work on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?
CueSlide runs in your browser. You screen-share one window into whichever video tool you use. Zoom, Teams, Meet, Riverside, StreamYard, OBS — if it can share a browser window, it works. Dedicated Zoom and Teams apps are in review; a Google Slides add-on is coming.
Do I have to upload my slides? I already have them in Keynote or Slides.
Export to PDF and drop it in. CueSlide's AI deck import will read every slide and draft a first-person script for each one. You edit what you want. Typical 20-slide deck takes about 90 seconds to import.
How good is the AI script polish, honestly?
It's Claude Sonnet 4.6 under the hood, prompted to preserve your voice and cut filler. It won't rewrite your argument. It will take a 160-word rambling paragraph and hand you back 75 words that read cleanly on a teleprompter. You see every change in a diff before you accept.
What does the AI coaching report actually show me?
Pacing (words per minute), filler-word count and clustering, long pauses with timestamps, an energy arc across the session, and a qualitative report: three wins, three specific improvements, and moments where you deviated from your intended script. Coach tone, not cheerleader tone. Transcription runs on Deepgram Nova-3 and the qualitative read runs on Claude Sonnet 4.6.
Is my script private?
Yes. Your script, slides, recordings, and speaker notes are stored in your isolated Supabase workspace with row-level security. AI polish calls go to Anthropic with a 30-day retention (standard API, no training opt-in). Coaching transcription goes to Deepgram with 7-day retention. Full detail at cueslide.com/privacy.
What happens to my recordings?
They're stored privately against your account, streamed to your browser via signed URLs, and downloadable as webm or mp4. Delete any time. Quota depends on your tier (500 MB free, 5 GB Solo, 20 GB Pro). They never become training data.
Can I try Pro features before I pay?
Free tier includes everything except the volume. Ten AI polishes, one coaching report, three projects. Enough to run a real webinar and see whether it's worth the upgrade. No trial expiry, no card required.
What if I'm on Safari or Firefox?
Voice tracking uses the Web Speech API which is most reliable in Chrome and Edge today. Safari works for most features but voice tracking is flakier. Firefox works for everything except voice. We're watching Deepgram's browser integration as a Pro-tier upgrade for multilingual + multi-browser voice.
