These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CueSlide, a browser-based teleprompter and slide-sync service ("Service") operated by CueSlide ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CueSlide. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cueslide.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
CueSlide lets you upload slide images, write per-slide scripts, and run live presentations with voice-tracked reading and an audience-viewer URL. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.
You retain ownership of everything you upload — slide images, scripts, notes, project names. We only process your content to provide the Service (storage, display, synchronisation across your devices and to your audience viewers when you explicitly share a session URL). We don't use your content to train AI models, sell advertising, or resell to third parties.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice.
Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Team) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time — existing subscriptions are honored at their current price for at least 30 days after any change.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer partial-month refunds unless required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
The Free tier is available indefinitely within its stated limits (currently 1 project, 10 slides per project). We may change Free-tier limits with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, name, and logo, is owned by CueSlide. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce the Service without written permission.
The Service uses third-party processors including Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google Web Speech API (optional voice tracking). A full list is in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time via the account page or by emailing hello@cueslide.com. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we'll give reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — voice-tracking in particular relies on third-party APIs that may change or fail.
To the extent permitted by law, CueSlide's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you're a consumer whose local law gives you a right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
